LOCATION: Dandenong, Victoria
Construction of a new building of 10,000 square metres, pre-cast concrete walls, structural steel roof framing and colourbond roofing with a centre highlight roof running the full length of the building.
Building consists of mezzanine administration area, warehouse, indoor/outdoor nursery and outside timberyard. The service roads are concrete with a bitumen 300 car carpark, landscaping and
access paving.
